- Access to Early Career Framework, UCL offer as our Research School contributed to the development and implementation of the early role out and are a consortium member for UCL ECF and a delivery partner.
- Training and support for senior, middle and future leaders with bespoke coaching and mentoring offers.
- Network groups for curriculum leaders, key provision focus areas and management teams.
- Access to Research Informed professional development to support career pathways at all levels including EEF project work re. ‘Making the Best use of Teaching Assistants’
- Access to leadership expertise from within our own School Improvement team with specialist leaders, plus DfE designated English Hub and Research School. All with a proven track record in school-to-school support, implementation planning and change management.
