In-house teams offer audit and reviews of organisational effectiveness combined with sharing resources, expertise and knowledge of what works well.
Provision of awareness raising on professional standards, misunderstanding and misconceptions on roles and responsibilities and networking to others across the trust to share and support developments.
Access to resources and updates on reducing workload as we were successful in bidding to support the DfE work and provided support, guidance and trials as a member of the Workload Advisory Group 2017/18 which resulted in the publication of the current toolkit summer 2018.
